Le nez et la bouche sont caractérisés par des jolis arômes d’agrumes avec une finale tout en fraicheur. Quelle belle vivacité. Un sauvignon qu’ il faut Absolument à portée de main pour trinquer avec les copains ! L’accord parfait sur un joli fromage de chèvre de Valençay ou un plateau de fruits de mer.
