Le Red de rouge est la définition parfaite de ce cépage, un caractère subtilement épicé et poivré se dégage au nez. Il évoque des notes de petits fruits rouges (cerise, framboise, groseille) et noirs légèrement acidulés. La bouche se montre fraîche avec une belle gourmandise en gardant la richesse des fruits noirs. Un gamay tout en rondeur ramassé à pleine maturité. Un joli canon sans prétention. L’accord parfait : Une belle planche de charcuterie , andouille de Guémené et autres réjouissances.
